Victor Avina is a Senior Associate at Falcon Strategies, where he is responsible for formulating and executing successful government and community affairs strategies.

Prior to joining Falcon Strategies, Victor served as a land use advisor at the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, dealing with issues related to land-use, transportation and energy infrastructure, storm water, and the environment. Victor also served as advisor to a County Supervisor during his term as a California Coastal Commissioner and on the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. Victor is proud to have assisted with the strategy and advocacy for the $300 million in federal infrastructure funding for the Tijuana River Valley sewage issue along the U.S. – Mexico border, as well as securing $25 million in County funds for public infrastructure for the Chula Vista Bayfront project.
