In 2020, Civic Community Partners made a $25,000 loan to Stand Up Properties to provide working capital to design and permit a naturally affordable rental housing project that includes the installation of 42 stacked, insulated metal shipping containers that will create 21 fully-loaded, 320 square-foot living units that include a kitchen, bathroom and balcony or patio.
