In 2021, Civic Community Partners provided $6 million in NMTC to help build a 20,500 square-foot federally qualified health center in the community of El Cerrito in Mid-City. Services will include a family counseling center that will offer programs including advanced trauma mental healthcare, addiction management behavioral health, family therapy, pediatric mental health, physical therapy and rehabilitation, refugee, asylum-seeker, and undocumented immigrant care, and care for veterans experiencing mental health challenges due to PTSD. The project will be completed in 2022.
