Civic Community Partners provided a $7 million NMTC allocation to Casa Familiar, in a transaction closed in November 2023 with Wells Fargo, providing working capital including payroll and employee benefits in support of Casa Familiar’s continued and expanded community services programming. The organization’s sites serve approximately 16,000 clients annually, 95 percent of whom are low-income persons or residents of low-income communities.
